My focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of you inner strengths and innate resources. We achieve this together by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I am willing to work as hard as you are with you to help you achieve your goals.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. These are the most common reasons why people seek treatment from a therapist. Through counseling and treatment, I can help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is a unique form of therapy that is well proven to alleviate the debilitating symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other conditions. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Or, when a relationship ends and there are children in the family, learning how to adjust to the co-parenting relationship often takes patience and time with guidance from an expert. My background in family systems and attachment therapy helps me guide parents through this difficult transition. Therapy sessions are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship no matter the status.
